Throwback wedding re-edits...
As a photographer it's always fun to go back and revisit old work to see how far you've come, not only in terms of your shooting skills, but also your editing abilities!
I shot all of these images about 3 years ago and thought it would be fun to go back and edit them in my current style.
Growing, learning, and changing are the essential motions that you should always be going through as a business owner. Photography is amazing because there is plenty of room for experimentation and your "mistakes" can actually be your most key moments throughout your journey in learning how to shape yourself into the artist that you'd like to be.
On this particular wedding I specifically remember getting a 50 mm lens and using it for the first time. A lot of my shots were at a 1.2 aperture and therefore so many came out blurry due to the incredibly shallow depth-of-field...
while that was incredibly frustrating at the time, I learned from that experience and have taught myself how to use those weird blurry moments to actually enhance certain images.
Enjoy the photos from this wedding!
